Terms & Conditions – Songwriting Retreat Italy 2025

By booking a place on the Songwriting Retreat in Italy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Booking and Payment
  • The total cost of the retreat is £675 per person.
  • To secure your place, a non-refundable deposit of £175 is required by 3th August 2025.
  • The remaining balance of £500 must be paid in full no later than 10th August 2025.
  • Places are limited to 12 participants only and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of the deposit.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • The £175 deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If the remaining balance of £500 is not received by 10th August 2025, your place will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations after the full payment has been received unless the retreat is cancelled by the organiser.
  1. Travel Arrangements
  • Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights to and from the retreat location in Italy.
  • It is a requirement that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including health, accident, and cancellation cover, at the time of booking their travel.
  1. Liability and Responsibility
  • By attending this retreat, you acknowledge and agree that you are participating at your own risk.
  • The organiser accepts no responsibility or liability for any personal injury, accident, illness, death, loss of property, or damage of any kind that may occur during travel or while attending the retreat.
  • The organiser provides no warranties, guarantees, or insurance cover of any kind.
  • You are required to sign a waiver and legal declaration of full personal responsibility before participating in any retreat activities.
  1. General
  • The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the retreat programme or schedule where necessary.
  • In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled by the organiser, a full refund of payments made will be offered, but no further compensation or reimbursement for travel or other costs will be provided.
